03 - 3 blocks cream cheese, room temperature
04 - 1 cup sugar
05 - 3 large eggs
06 - 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh strawberries

# Instructions:

01 - Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into pan, bake 10 mins at 350°F.
02 - Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs one by one. Mix until smooth.
03 - Puree half the strawberries and swirl into filling using toothpick.
04 - Bake at 325°F for 50-60 mins in water bath. Don’t open oven too early!
05 - Cool in oven, door cracked 1 hour. Chill in fridge minimum 4 hours.
